Blogger’s sentences stacked

Judge James Lagomarsino decided Friday that convicted sex offender and former blogger Joseph Dauben will serve all four of his 10-year sentences consecutively, putting him in prison for 30 years and on probation for 10 years after his release.
The prosecution motioned to stack the sentences on Jan. 15, when the jury recommended Dauben serve 10 years in prison on each of three counts of sexual assault, and 10 years probation on one count of indecency with a minor. The jury also levied $10,000 on Dauben as well.
