Bond sales under way

Ennis OK’d the sale of bonds that are aimed at refinancing existing debt this week, and projections call for about $171,000 in savings from the move.
It also approved its engineer for upcoming road work —Freese and Nichols, of Fort Worth, the same agency that did original cost estimates for the planned roadwork project in late 2011.
