Businesses picking up the pieces

Business owners along the storm’s path are only now seeing the full extent of the damage to their facilities today.

Imran Meer of Doc’s Beverage said he is unsure exactly when his store will reopen, though he intends to have it open within two weeks.

“There’s so many unknowns,” Meer said. “I’m going to stay up here tonight to get my store back in business.”
