Chemistry classes get chance to discover

Teachers at Ennis Junior High School are taking advantage of the new CSCOPE curriculum to find new ways of imparting science knowledge to their students.
The students in Caren Lawrence’s eighth grade pre-AP science class recently took part in a new chemistry lesson where they “discover” a new element, and place it within the existing Periodic Table of Elements.
