Police arrested a 30-year-old Ennis mother pending charges of endangerment of a child.
Det. Sgt. Dorinda Clark of the Ennis Police Department said Jessica Muñoz, 30, was arrested Monday night after police found her 1-year-old baby strapped inside her car while she was in a nearby store.
