City offers option for recycling

Ennis is giving residents the option to receive recycling bags by mail after looking for ways to boost participation and add convenience to the program.

Residents can pay $5.80 for 10 recycling bags to be mailed to their home, removing the need to visit Ennis City Hall to pick up the bags for the city’s once-monthly recycling pickup.
