A proposed new senior housing development and updates on future roadwork took center stage at Monday night’s city commission meeting.
City Manager Steve Howerton presented a resolution to the commissioners approving the construction of the Summerstone Senior Village, and allocation of housing tax credits thereto. The commission approved the resolution unanimously.
