City’s judge reprimanded

Ennis commissioners decided on a written reprimand for Judge Lee Johnson on Tuesday.
Members of the Ennis City Commission entered a closed session and emerged after 20 minutes to announce the decision, with commissioners Bob Taylor, Lola Searcy and Brian Holley absent.
Johnson faced a range of possible disciplinary actions after posting comments on Facebook about a speeding ticket Ennis police wrote last week for Johnny Manziel, the Texas A&M football star and Heisman Trophy winner.
