City commissioners stamped approval on the second change order to the ongoing road construction project Monday.
The city’s months-long effort to update aging and shoddy transportation infrastructure in some areas of town has been met with its share of surprises. Monday’s change order approval was necessary to address unanticipated changes in work on N. Dallas Street, N. McKinney Street and N. Sherman Street.
