Commissioners OK grant support plan

The Ellis County Commissioners Court approved a money-shuffling measure on Monday to keep the county’s emissions enforcement program from losing out on grant money.
Precinct 2 Constable Terry Nay said without the measure, the county would lose out on roughly $64,000 in unused funds from Parker and Rockwall county’s emissions enforcement programs.
