Commissioners, trustees meet Thursday

Phil Banker, [email protected]

The Ennis City Commission and Ennis ISD Board of Trustees expressed a common desire for continued cooperation Thursday at a rare joint meeting at the Ennis State Bank Event Center.

“This has been a long time coming,” said Mayor Russell Thomas. “We all have the best interests of Ennis at heart.”
