Comprehensive plan presses on

The Ennis City Commission voted to move forward with its planned revision of the city’s comprehensive plan, while a proposal for train quiet zones met with a delay.

The commission voted unanimously to begin negotiations with Halff Associates to begin the development of the comprehensive plan, including the cost of the plan.
