Connor’s farm produces crops, chickens and a chihuahua
William and Vikki Connor recently retired. And then went to work.
The couple is now known for what they produce on their two-acre farm in Palmer as well as for their colorful personalities. While they haven’t been at it for very long, their thumbs quickly turned green.
Six months after William ended a career in the oil fields, they turned their focus on expanding their garden into an organic farm. Describing them as early bloomers in the business might be premature, but judging from their sales at the Ennis Farmers Market, turning green can be quite rewarding.
