Court to discuss security in closed meeting

The Ellis County Commissioners Court will once again discuss security measures at their 3 p.m. Monday afternoon meeting, this time in a closed-door session.
The court will adjourn to executive session to deliberate the deployment, or specific occasions for implementation, of security personnel or devices under state law.
