Dallas Street being reborn


Ennis Daily News photo by Phil Banker / Workers prepare one section of Dallas Street north of Ennis Avenue for reconstruction by laying out a grid for upcoming concrete pouring. The blocks of that road set for paving represent the biggest expense in the 2012-2013 Ennis Street Bond Program and the biggest cost in time in the project overall. Future concrete reconstruction in other areas of the city is under discussion as part of the next bond program on the city’s ledger.
