Dauben gets three 10-year sentences

CORSICANA – A Navarro County jury deliberated for three hours before returning with a recommendation to sentence Joseph Glen Dauben to three 10-year prison terms for sexual assault.
The jury recommended Dauben serve 10 years for each sexual assault charge, as well as ten years probation for the charge of indecency with a minor.
The jury also levied fines totaling $10,000 on Dauben as well.
Judge James Lagomarsino said the court will reconvene on Jan. 22 to hear the results of a pre-sentencing investigation to determine whether or not Dauben will serve each sentence concurrently, or consecutively.
