DPS names pedestrian struck down

Officials with the Department of Public Safety shed additional light Thursday on the Dec. 17 pedestrian accident that left a Rice woman dead.
A DPS trooper confirmed the identity of the deceased as 44-year-old Melissa Renee Jenkins.
