Eateries plan rebuilding

Two restaurants shuttered by the May 16 tornado are coming back.
Plans for reconstruction of The Wall Chinese Café and Dairy Queen on E. Ennis Avenue are headed before the city’s planning and zoning commission at 7 p.m. Monday at Ennis City Hall for emergency approval. City Manager Steve Howerton said the projects are being fast-tracked to aid the businesses in reopening.
