EISD sets capital agenda

The Ennis ISD school board approved a set of capital improvements Tuesday night, but not without disagreement over the use of public money to maintain a donated item.
Superintendent Barbara Qualls said the district has $800,000 in accrued interest from capital bond funds it can only use on capital improvements.
