EISD settles suit

Ennis ISD settled an ongoing lawsuit on Monday, reaching a $375,000 settlement with a construction company over plumbing work at two EISD campuses.
The district filed suit on July 25, 2011 against HWH Construction Company and several of its subcontractors over allegedly botched plumbing work at Crockett Early Childhood Center and Dorie Miller Intermediate School.
