Ennis man gets 64 months

An Ennis man who pleaded guilty in March to a child pornography charge has been sentenced to more than five years in jail.
Jerry Wayne Valek, 35, was sentenced Wednesday by U.S. District Judge Jorge A. Solis to 64 months in federal prison. Valek has been in custody since his arrest on a related charge on Jan. 13, 2011.
