Ennis Traffic acquires firm
Ennis Traffic Safety Solutions has acquired Australian firm Zaganite Industries Pty. Ltd. That company will continue to operate from its facility in Dandenong, Victoria.
Ian Cocoran, managing director for the Asia Pacific region for Ennis Traffic Safety Solutions, said the company was pleased to welcome Zaganite to the Ennis family.
“Gino Zagni and his family have done a fantastic job building the Zaganite brand, and they have provided a lifelong and valuable service to Australia’s road safety industry,”?Cocoran said. “Over the years, Zaganite has built a solid reputation for high quality products. Its employees are loyal and knowledgeable and there are many synergies between the two businesses. We will grow and develop our business in Victoria through Zaganite’s Dandenong facility and our local customers in Victoria can look forward to the benefits of shorter product lead times, greater availability of the Ennis product range and, of course, the strong technical support that comes with the Ennis brand.”
Formed in 1996 by Bryce Anderson, Ennis Traffic Safety Solutions is the world’s largest producer of pavement marking materials.
