An Ellis County grand jury indicted Ennis resident Ezequiel Morales recently on counts of sexual assault of a child and fraudulent use or possession of identifying information.
Morales, 24, was implicated by a neighbor during an investigation by Ennis police into the possible kidnapping of a 14-year-old girl on Aug. 22.
