Farmer’s market redesigns its weekly layout

Nick Todaron...@ennisdailynews.com

The Ennis Farmer’s Market is approaching its grand opening in two weeks, and interest has been so high from participating vendors that the layout has been redesigned.

To date, 45 vendors have signed up to be a part of the weekly downtown market, which will run until October. The new layout will see the vendors largely centralized in the 100 block of N. Dallas St., with a seating area in the intersection of Dallas Street and Knox Street, more vendors along Knox Street south of that intersection, and entertainment at Minnie McDowell Park.
