Fists fly in dispute over birth record

A Palmer woman was arrested Sunday night after allegedly punching her daughter during a domestic dispute.
Jo Ann Livingston, spokesperson for the Ellis County Sheriff’s Office, said deputies responded to a complaint Sunday night in the 4800 block of Farm to Market 879 near Palmer.
