Former teacher may face new charges

A former teacher accused of soliciting minors in Ellis County may soon face similar charges elsewhere in Texas.
Chief Deputy John Neff of the Llano County Sheriff’s Office said his investigators are presenting their case against Joshua Jaggears to their district attorney this week.
