Golden Chick to open Monday

The latest new restaurant in Ennis is bringing in what franchisee Jeff Bankston calls “a chicken concept like no one around here has ever seen.”

Dallas-based Golden Chick will open its doors in Ennis on Monday after several months of preparation.
