High school starts tutoring program
Henry Martinez, Special to the EDN
In the ongoing process of increasing student achievement, Ennis High School is turning to a source of intellectual capital that will help raise that bar — the students themselves.
Specifically, it is the more than 140 students who are members of the National Honor Society that are using their knowledge to help others at EHS and other campuses through a new tutoring program. Tutoring is provided free of charge.
