Extensive renovations are under way for a piece of the community’s historic downtown.
The building at 113 NW. Main St. formerly held the Grand Theater owned by Mona Seag. It was later purchased by the Novotnys and became known as Frank’s Towne, a retail business that offered retail jewelry, gifts, silver hollowware, china, ladies’ apparel, furs, Christmas gifts, TVs, air conditioners and appliance service.
