Summer is the most dangerous time of the year for food-borne illness, according to the city’s health inspector.
Chauncey Williams spoke about the dangers of cooking outside Tuesday at the Ennis Rotary Club meeting. He said food-borne illnesses increase during the summer, as more people cook outside.
