Ennis Municipal Judge Lee Johnson’s recent comments on Facebook regarding a speeding ticket for Texas A&M quarterback and Heisman Trophy winner Johnny Manziel have created a national stir and an uncertain situation for the 25-year veteran judge.
An Ennis Police Department officer issued Manziel a speeding ticket for driving in excess of the posted 65-mile-per-hour speed limit on Interstate 45 on Monday.
