Lady Lions lose heartbreaker 48-43

A thrilling second half comeback effort led by senior Jada Cox wasn’t enough to overcome a scoreless first quarter Tuesday night, as the Ennis Lady Lions (7-10) fell to the Mansfield Legacy Lady Broncos 48-43.

Coach David Kilpatrick said despite the loss, his girls played their best game of the season so far and he looks forward to improvement in the second half of the season.
