Lady Lions rally for 13-5 victory

Despite allowing two multiple-run home runs early in the game, the Ennis Lady Lions held on to triumph over the Jacksonville Maidens 13-5 and clinch the bi-district championship Friday.

The Maidens struck first in the top of the first inning with a three-run home run by Taylor Whitaker hit off of senior pitcher Kayla Prachyl. Prachyl would give up a two-run home run in the top of the third, as well.
