The Ennis Lions (6-10-2, 1-3) fell 3-2 to the undefeated in district Mansfield Legacy Broncos (9-8-2, 4-0) in district during an eight-inning ballgame Tuesday night.
Up to this point in district play, the Lions gave the Broncos their biggest challenge. Legacy defeated Lancaster 23-0, Red Oak 10-4 and Waxahachie 5-1.
