The Ennis Lions (7-10, 2-3) headed home with their heads held high Friday night after defeating the Mansfield Summit Jaguars (12-8, 3-2) 64-58 in the fifth district game of the season.

“We’re trying to climb our way back into the top four and it was a big win for us on the road,” Lion head coach Jerry Mason said. “Everywhere you go in this district the games are tough whether you are in Ennis or on the road.”
