Lummus helps Helping Hands


The Jack Lummus Intermediate School Student Council went trick-or-treating for canned goods Monday, reeling in 787 pounds of goods and $25 in cash donations for Helping Hands of Ennis. Judi Hejny, executive director of the nonprofit community agency, called it a blessing, extending thanks to the group for their “awesome support.”
