Magnablend hit with suit

A New York based chemical company is suing Magnablend for allegedly failing to pay an almost $10 million bill.
Wego Chemical and Mineral Corp. filed suit against Magnablend in the eastern district of New York on Sept. 25, according to court documents obtained by The Ennis Daily News.
