Man tries to flee, fails

Palmer police on Thursday arrested a man wanted on warrants out of Arkansas after he tried to flee.
Investigator Mike Aston of the Palmer Police Department said officers stopped Joshua Daniel Kipp, 22, on traffic violations at about 3:15 p.m.
