Mary Walker wins season title

To end a dream season in barrel racing, 53-year-old Mary Walker of Ennis won the season title on Saturday night in the 10th and final round in her first National Finals Rodeo.

She finished sixth in 14.01 seconds Saturday, but overall she earned $274,233, and finished with an event-best $146,941.
