Math focus carries to elementaries

The cookies and lemonade went fast at Austin Elementary last week, but Principal Denise Winnett hopes the lessons stick around for much longer.
Teachers used the various activities during Math Day at Austin to reinforce lessons on counting and sorting money, creating and using graphs, and identifying patterns.
