Meeting times, executive session rules under scrutiny

The Ennis ISD Board of Trustees discussed possible changes to how it conducts meetings on Tuesday night.
The proposed changes came about through the board’s participation in the Reform Governance in Action program it joined in November 2012, a program sponsored by the Center for Reform of School Systems.
