New court on the table again

A topic of discussion since 2011 and earlier, Ellis County’s Commissioners Court was again planning to go over creation of a third district court at a meeting today.
A special called noon meeting of the court for the purpose of canvassing the Nov. 6 election’s results in Ellis County also featured an agenda item to consider appealing to state legislators in the coming session to create the court.
