Organic farming comes natural for Pritchett

Three years ago Jerry Pritchett and his wife Patty moved up from Round Rock to Ennis to take care of his aging parents. Needing a new means of income he did what came natural.
Along with his brother, Danny, they turned three acres into what they call a mini-farm. Literally.
In doing so they were following in the footsteps of their dad, who was a farmer just like his father before.
“We’re organic farmers. When you taste our food and eat our eggs you’ll see why,” said Pritchett. “I believe your response will be, ‘This is the way we should have been doing things in the first place.’”
