Palmer ISD eyes $15M in bonds

Palmer ISD Superintendent Kevin Noack hopes the electorate looks favorably upon the district’s upcoming $15.2 million bond election.

The district has declared its intent to hold a bond election on Nov. 5 in order to gather funds for a new elementary school building, as well as security upgrades for Palmer Middle and Palmer High School.
