A recent study released by the Texas Comptroller’s Office rates Palmer ISD as one of the best in the state for coupling low spending with high levels of student performance.
The Comptroller’s Financial Allocation Study for Texas examines both academic progress and spending at Texas’ school districts and individual school campuses.
