Players punished for hazing

Ennis ISD Superintendent Barbara Qualls confirmed Wednesday that several members of the EHS baseball team were suspended from Ennis High School for a suspected act of hazing against another player.
Qualls would not elaborate on the nature of the incident or the number of students involved, saying only that the incident occurred last week and that it falls under the school’s hazing policy.
