Police: Man clocked at 102 miles per hour on interstate

A Dallas man was arrested Sunday night for allegedly traveling almost one and a half times the posted speed limit on Interstate 45.

Ennis police spokesperson Mike Hopson said Officer Donnie Trull was observing traffic on I-45 at mile marker 248 when he reportedly spotted a car traveling southbound at 102 miles an hour, well above the 65 mile per hour speed limit.
