Police: Suspect kicks out window

An Ennis man allegedly kicked the window out of a police vehicle on his way to jail after his arrest pending charges of assault.
Det. Sgt. Mike Hopson of the Ennis Police Department said Officers Alan Eddins, Lance Watson and Lt. Fred Pontley responded to a report of assault Monday afternoon in the 1200 block of Grace Circle.
