U.S. Postal Service worker Bill Richards is credited with helping save a small child during a medical distress incident last week.

A local postman is being called a hero after he came to the rescue of a young child.
Postmaster Jerry Gentry confirmed that local postal worker and veteran Bill Richards came to the aid of a small child having a seizure on Thursday at HEB.
“He didn’t want to fess up to it, but he did,” Gentry said.
