Proposal met with questions

A group of businessmen has come to the Ennis City Commission proposing a massive airport development project, but the city is looking for more information before making any deals.

Specifically, officials want to know why Ennis should become a guarantor to a $60 million private loan that would drive the Ennis Executive Airport Development project.
